Oaklands Milk comes from A2 tested cows it may improve digestibility, especially for those who struggle with dairy intolerance. Our Milk is pasteurised, that means it’s heated rapidly to 72 °C and then chilled rapidly. This process reduces viable pathogens whilst maintaining the milks goodness.
Oaklands Milk is not homogenised. That’s why you’ll need to give your Oakland’s milk a shake if you’ve left it sat in the fridge, or risk a family fight over who gets the cream at the top!
